There is a 2 night minimum stay requirement for weekends, holidays and FALL SEASON for ALL accommodations. Should we have a room available 24 hours prior to date of interest we may accept a 1 night stay. Please send us an email to be contacted.
The Rosebud Cottage, Hurley Byrd Cottage and Mark Ruffner Room or Suite always require a 2 night minimum stay.
To ensure that we have the proper time to prepare for your arrival and breakfast preparation, please CALL to make “same day” reservations before 4:00 p.m.

A complimentary full country style breakfast is provided each morning for all of our guests.
PLEASE NOTE: Breakfast is always cooks choice. Being a small country B & B, we do our best to provide a delicious breakfast for our guests. However sometimes, we are unable to handle very restrictive dietary needs – in that case, we have cereal, oatmeal, granola, fruit, and low fat or soy yogurt available . Please discuss your needs with us in advance, we will try our best if at all possible.
