Start each morning with a delightful country-style breakfast, freshly prepared for you. For your privacy, we will ring your door knocker and place your breakfast picnic basket on the table of your cottage’s screened porch at 8:45 a.m. Upon arrival, indulge in Hank’s homemade cookies (#HankmadeIt), and during your stay, you’ll find an additional homemade dessert waiting for you in your cottage. For those staying four or more nights, a surprise treat may await you after a day of adventure. (If you’re on a diet, we recommend waiting until your return home to indulge!)

To maintain a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask that our property be enjoyed by adults 18 years and older. For your convenience, nearby pet boarding services are available.

Our Shenandoah Valley lodging is located just minutes from downtown Luray, on a scenic two-acre hilltop. While you’ll enjoy the quiet of the countryside, we are conveniently close to fine dining, local wineries, distilleries, breweries, and the many unforgettable attractions Luray and the Shenandoah Valley have to offer.
