From I-66 WEST through Front Royal, VA:

• Take EXIT 13 toward Linden/VA-79/Front Royal/VA-55 for 0.23 miles
• Turn left onto Apple Mountain Rd. for 0.23 miles
• Turn right onto John Marshall Hwy/VA-55. Continue to follow VA-55 for 5.24 miles
• Turn left onto S Royal Ave/US-340 S. Continue to follow US-340 S. for 23 miles
• Once in Luray, at the intersection of 340 and 211 Business; this is the intersection at the stop light at 340 and Main Street.
• Continue straight on 340 Business through the stop light turning slightly to the RIGHT onto US-340 BR / VIRGINIA AVE.
• Travel 0.6 of mile on US-340 and make a right onto S Court Street.
• Go 0.3 of mile on S Court Street and at the fork (Holtzman Oil will be on your right) make a left onto Mill Creek Road.

• Merge onto Lee Hwy/US-29 S via exit 43A towards Gainesville/Warrenton traveling 11.5 miles.
• Merge onto US-211W/US-29 BR S/E Lee Hwy towards US-15 BUS/Warrenton/Luray for 0.6 of a mile.
• Turn right onto US-211 WEST and travel 42.5 miles to Luray, VA.
• Take the US 340 Business S ramp towards Luray.
• Turn left onto US 340 BR SOUTH at the bottom of the ramp.
• Once in Luray, at the intersection of 340 and 211 Business; this is the intersection at the stop light at 340 and Main Street.

• Turn RIGHT onto US-15 N / JAMES MADISON HWY. Continue to follow US-15 N for 11.8 miles
• Enter next roundabout and take 2nd exit onto US-33 W  for 32.9 miles
• Take the ramp toward ELKTON. for 0.1 miles
• Keep RIGHT at the fork to go on US-340 N and travel 13.8 miles
• Turn RIGHT onto US-340 / US-340 BR towards Stanley, VA and follow US-340 BR for 1.9 miles
• Turn LEFT onto LEAKSVILLE RD and go 1.4 miles
• Turn RIGHT onto BOSTON RD. THIS ROAD WILL CURVE TO THE LEFT AND TURN INTO PINEY HILL ROAD
• Stay STRAIGHT to go onto PINEY HILL RD for 1.4 miles to PINEY HILL B & B entrance on the left.
